Submitting Send Money Ticket (no Approvals needed)

 

  1. Select Account Services in the Department field.
  2. Select Disbursement in the Group field.
  3. Select Send Money in the Request Type field.
  4. Navigate to the Select Money tab.
  5. Select the appropriate transaction.
  6. Select Save.
  7. Navigate to the Apply Money tab.
  8. Navigate to the Disposition Details widget and complete the following steps:
    1. Select New.
    2. Enter the following information:
      Note: These selections should correspond to the transaction selected in the Select Money tab.
      • Type
      • Subtype
      • Effective Date
        Note: This should auto-populate, but if not, enter today’s date.
      • Amount
        Note: This is the amount that the Agent wants to apply. If applying the amount does not result in the balance appearing as $0.00, then the Agent must add a new disposition.
        Example: 
        Select Money Transaction = $468.65
      • FieldExample Selections
        TypeEscrow
        SubtypeESC
        Effective Date04/29/2025
        Amount$400.00
        Note: Since the amount does not result in the balance appearing as $0.00, the Agent must decide where the remaining amount (in this case, $68.65) should go.
    3. Navigate to the next step.
  9. Navigate to Disburse Details and complete the following steps:
    1. Locate the Send Money dropdown menu.
    2. Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu:
      • Pickup
      • Wire
      • Mail
    3. Complete the substeps that correspond to the selected Send Money option.
  10. Select Submit in the top banner.
  11. End process.
