Canceling a Dynamics Case
Managers and above will complete the following steps:
- Navigate to the Cases page in Dynamics.
- Search for the appropriate case.
- Select the appropriate case number.
- Click the Assign button located in the top banner.
- Assign the case to yourself.
- Navigate to the Processor Comments
- Enter 0 in the Batch Number field.
- Select Cancel Case from the Resolution dropdown menu.
- Click Submit Case.
- End process.
