Canceling a Dynamics Case

Managers and above will complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Cases page in Dynamics.
  2. Search for the appropriate case.
  3. Select the appropriate case number.
  4. Click the Assign button located in the top banner.
  5. Assign the case to yourself.
  6. Navigate to the Processor Comments
  7. Enter 0 in the Batch Number field.
  8. Select Cancel Case from the Resolution dropdown menu.
  9. Click Submit Case.
  10. End process.
