Submitting Branch Error Cash Adjustment Ticket
Agents will complete the following steps:
- Select Account Services in the Department field.
- Select Adjustments in the Group field.
- Select Branch Error Cash Adjustment in the Request Type field.
- Navigate to the Additional Questions widget in the Case Info tab and complete the following substeps:
- Answer each question appropriately.
- Click the Save button.
- Proceed to the next step.
- Add the case description into the freeform Description text box.
Note: The Agent should enter what they want/need to charge for the cost center into this box. - Navigate to the Charge Cost Center widget and complete the following substeps:
- Click the New button.
Note: The Quick Create: Fund Disposition pop-up should now appear. - Enter the following information into the pop-up:
- Cost Center
Note: Ensure that the cost center search is formatted as [*XXXX] instead of [XXXX]. - Type
- Debit/Credit
- Sub Type
- Amount
Example:Field Example Selections Cost Center *9907 Type Suspense Debit/Credit Credit (post) Sub Type DB Amount $1.00
- Cost Center
- Proceed to the next step.
- Click the New button.
- Navigate to the Attachments widget and complete the following substeps:
- Select the appropriate option from the Category dropdown menu.
- Select the appropriate option from the Sub Category dropdown menu.
- Click the Choose File button.
- Select the appropriate file from File Explorer.
- Click the blue Upload button.
Note: Users must click the Upload button in the widget upon selecting their file. If not, the file will not be uploaded. - Proceed to the next step.
- Click Submit.
- End process.
