UAT Access Job Aid
LSAMS UA2 Access
- Navigate to the Quick Links section on the Connect homepage.
- Select Tech Health.
- Click on Request Access (SailPoint).
- Click on Manage User Access in the top left corner of the page.
- Select the checkbox next to the user's own profile.
Note: The checkbox will turn green and a pop-up button will appear. - Click the Next pop-up button.
- Enter keywords ISERV and complete the following steps:
- Select ISERVUA2.
- Enter Mirror Ebony Walstead in the Comments section.
- Proceed to the next step.
- Click Next.
- Click Submit.
- End process.
CMOD UAT (Role Specific) Access
Directions to request access via Sailpoint:
- LSAMS UA2 (will be required for CMOD UAT to work correctly)
- CMOD UAT (role specific)

- Access SailPoint by either:
- Via Quick Links:
- Navigate to the Quick Links section on the Connect homepage.
- Select Tech Health.
- Click on Request Access (SailPoint).
- Via the following link: https://idm.mrcooper.com/identityiq/home.jsf
- Via Quick Links:
- Click on Manage User Access in the top left corner of the page.
- Select the checkbox next to the user's own profile.
Note: The checkbox will turn green and a pop-up button will appear. - Click the Next pop-up button.
- Enter keywords CMOD-UAT.
- Select all CMOD-UAT roles that are specific to the user needing access.
Note: There are several roles available. Users should seek Manager assistance if unsure which roles are needed. - Enter keywords ISERV.
- Select ISERVUA2.
- Select LSAMS User ID security Update.
- Click Next.
- Enter the following comment into the ISERVUA2 comments section:
- “I need access to the following brands in LSAMS UA2: <list all brands you need access for>. Once LSAMS access is provided please send ticket to Remedy IT.”
- Enter the following comment into the LSAMS User ID security Update comments section:
- “I need access to the following brands in CMOD UAT: <list all brands you need access for>.”
- Click Submit.
- Open a separate SailPoint ticket.
- Enter keywords Active Directory.
- Select Active Directory Groups 1.
- Click Next.
- Enter the following comment into the Active Directory Groups 1 comment section:
- “Please add <your name> with email <your email> and windows login name <your windows login name> to AD group “Application-RemedyDev”
- Select Submit.
- End process.
