Accessing Dynamics Holiday Schedules
 
  1. Access Dynamics 365.
  2. Select Back Office.
  3. Click the gear symbol in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Select Advanced Settings.
  5. Select Service Management in the left hand column.
  6. Select Holiday schedule.
  7. Proceed to the next section.

Updating Dynamics Holiday Schedules

  1. Select the calendar link under the Name column.
  2. Select + New.
  3. Enter one (1) of the following holidays into the Name field:
    • Christmas Day
    • Day after Thanksgiving
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
    • Memorial Day
    • New Year's Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
  4. Select the applicable date in the Start Date field.
    Note: The End Date field will automatically update based on the Start Date field.
  5. Select OK.
  6. Repeat steps 2-5 for all eight (8) holidays. 
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 for the following calendars:
    • Agent Assist-Non-MRC Calendar
    • AgentAssist - Bankruptcy Calendar
    • AgentAssist - Customer Service Calendar
    • AgentAssist - HAT Calendar
    • AgentAssist - Loss Mitigation Calendar
    • Chat Agents Calendar
    • Mr Cooper Holidays
    • Mr Cooper US Holidays
    • Originations - MP Holiday Calendar
  8. End process.
