Accessing Dynamics Holiday Schedules
- Access Dynamics 365.
- Select Back Office.
- Click the gear symbol in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Advanced Settings.
- Select Service Management in the left hand column.
- Select Holiday schedule.
- Proceed to the next section.
Updating Dynamics Holiday Schedules
- Select the calendar link under the Name column.
- Select + New.
- Enter one (1) of the following holidays into the Name field:
- Christmas Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- New Year's Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Select the applicable date in the Start Date field.
Note: The End Date field will automatically update based on the Start Date field. - Select OK.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for all eight (8) holidays.
- Repeat steps 1-6 for the following calendars:
- Agent Assist-Non-MRC Calendar
- AgentAssist - Bankruptcy Calendar
- AgentAssist - Customer Service Calendar
- AgentAssist - HAT Calendar
- AgentAssist - Loss Mitigation Calendar
- Chat Agents Calendar
- Mr Cooper Holidays
- Mr Cooper US Holidays
- Originations - MP Holiday Calendar
- End process.
